    Write to [email protected].   We try to respond to calls and emails within 72 hrs.  If you send times and dates that are good for you,  we can book you in and send you confirmation or send you a few options and you let us know what is best for you..
Fees for services: Payable by etransfer.  HST not included in fees listed.
  1. Individual Therapy        $225/session  (50 mins)
  2. Couples Therapy           $225/session (50 mins)
Insurance Coverage:
    Clients funded through VAC and NHIB do not have to pay up front as I can direct bill with them.  Does not require a doctor’s referral, self referrals are welcome.  Clients are provided with a detailed receipt for insurance and tax deduction purposes.  Insurance coverage is often available to those who have extended health benefits.  For example; Federal government workers approved by CanadaLife for $5000/yr, RCMP and Military members approved by Blue Cross for $2000/yr, and many others.  Unfortunately, counselling and coaching services are not covered by OHIP.
    Clients claim services under “psychological services”.  Please inquire with your health insurance provider regarding the details of your coverage.  
Details to ask insurance representative about:
*  yearly limit,
*  who in family is covered,
*  max. session length,
*  verify therapy by a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO certified) covered.
