Container Imagery Guided Meditation


This container imagery meditation is designed to help develop the skill of holding difficult emotional material in a way that we can choose when to delve into it and when to put it way for another time. The container imagery exercise is useful as a self-help tool and also as an adjunct to various healing therapies including EMDR for trauma treatment.
